High operational efficiency
In order to save more amount of energy used in regeneration process wet air is circulated in the dryer through a heater for increasing the moisture content. In these dryers wet air is circulated in a distributor. During this process, around 30-40% of wet air is circulated and 60-70% of wet air gets dried and then cools down in an after cooler where moisture gets drained and condensed out in moisture separato r. Then, this air passed to a distributor where it gets mixed with the incoming air and gets distributed again.
